AmpsWorks Electric

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This policy explains what information AmpsWorks Electric collects when you use this website, and how it's used.

1. Information We Collect

When you call, email, or submit a request through this site, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the electrical work you need. We do not collect this information through any other means, and we do not require an account to contact us.

2. How We Use It

Information you provide is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule or perform work. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Online payments: If you pay an invoice online, payment is processed directly and securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your card number or other payment credentials on this site — that data is handled entirely by Stripe under its own security standards. This site is only used to send you to Stripe's own secure checkout page for a specific invoice.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns (such as how many people visit and which pages they view). Google Analytics uses cookies and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser extensions such as Google's own Analytics Opt-out add-on.

4. Data Retention

We keep contact and job information for as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, billing, warranty, and record-keeping purposes, or as required by Washington state recordkeeping requirements for licensed contractors.

5. Your Choices

You can ask us to delete contact information we hold about you that is not required for legal, billing, or warranty recordkeeping, by emailing AmpsWorksElectric@gmail.com.

6. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking electrical services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
